Milrose Realty Development Corporation was duly incorporated & registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission on December 6, 1989 with an Authorized Capital Stock of (P16,000,000.00) Sixteen Million Pesos Only. and was duly registered with the Bureau of Domestic Trade. It is a fully-owned Filipino Company owned by the Ocampo Family who is also engaged in Financing (Lending Company, Pawnshops, Banks), Farming, the Food industry (Restaurants, Bake Shops), Travel Tours and a Printing Corporation.

The main office is located at the 17th flr. Tower 2 Insular Life Corporate Centre, Filinvest Corporate Centre, Alabang, Muntinlupa City. The company is run with a manpower complement of (15) personnel and a dynamic sales team. It also deals with International Technical and Management Group like the CB Richard Ellis Philippines and Ionic Builders, one of the builders of the Tagaytay Highlands and is also part of the Management of the Development.
